Billing
Direct billing is available for pre approved events. A prearranged deposit schedule will apply. The entire balance of the function must be paid in full the day of the event. All other events will require a deposit five days after the event is confirmed with Troutdale Catering. The remainder amount will be due the day of event.
Guarantees
Seventy-two hours are required for cancellation of a scheduled event or catered function. The 50% deposit is non-refundable for events cancelled less than 72 hours of the original event date. The deposit may be re-applied for an event scheduled within 6 months of the original cancellation date.
Pricing and Service Fees
All quoted prices on meeting and catered event charges are subject to an 20% service charge and an 9.25% Tennessee state sales tax. By state law, sales tax is added to the total cost of function, to include all taxes and labor charges. Printed menu pricing is subject to change without notice; however, all contract pricing will be honored six months prior to event arrival. A private room fee will apply when guest number falls below original guaranteed guest amount. Labor charges for specific catered events can be billed separately.
Cancellation of Event and Catered Functions
In the event of cancellation of a scheduled event or catered function the guest shall be held liable for losses sustained by Troutdale Catering and all deposit monies will be held to cover said losses. 72 hours cancellation is required or the 50% deposit will apply as a minimum guarantee charge to cover our expenses.
Audio Visual
We are pleased to provide a full line of state of the art audiovisual equipment on a rental basis. Our catering manager will supply a list of equipment we offer and our rental fees. We will not assume any responsibility or security of any equipment brought in from outside sources.
Food Items to Ensure Compliance
Due to state food handling regulations, food must be consumed on premise for all catered events at the time contracted for. No food may be removed from premise after being served at scheduled events.
Wedding Cakes and Cake Cutting Fees
Our Executive Pastry Chef can design a wedding cake to suit your every need. If your cake is brought in from an outside vendor, a $2.00 per person cake cutting fee will apply. Plates, forks, napkins, linen covered table and staff to cut and serve cake will be provided.
